INFINITY LOVING CARE LLC provides a structured and supportive admissions process to ensure each individual receives the level of care and housing environment that best meets their needs. We work closely with families, case managers, healthcare providers, and community agencies throughout the placement process.

Our goal is to ensure appropriate placement, continuity of care, and a smooth transition into our residential or supportive housing programs

Who May Be Eligible

Individuals may be considered for admission if they:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have an intellectual, developmental, or mental health diagnosis
  • Require supportive housing or structured residential services
  • Demonstrate a need for daily living support or skill development
  • Qualify for Medicaid-funded services (including 1915(i)) or private pay options
  • Can safely participate in a community-based living environment
  • Eligibility is determined through an assessment of clinical needs, level of support required, and program availability.
